Account questions
Is one WePesa account enough to sell and buy?
Yes. The same account lets you list gift cards for cash, bid on cards, buy discounted cards and manage payouts.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
Confirmation proves you control the address we use for order updates, security notices and account recovery.
I didn't receive the confirmation email. What now?
Check spam and promotions folders, confirm the address is spelled correctly, then try creating the account again.
How do I keep my account secure?
Use a unique password, never share it, and sign in only by typing wepesa.com yourself. WePesa staff never ask for your password or card codes in chat.
Can I add a payout method before selling?
Yes. After signing in, open Wallet and save an M-Pesa number, bank account, PIX key, UPI ID or USDT address.
What happens after I sign in?
You land on your dashboard, which shows your listings, bids, open escrow trades and payout history.
