Nightly cap handled automatically
The R$1,000 nocturnal limit is a BACEN rule, not ours. Large night-time payouts are split into compliant tranches or queued for the 06:00 window — your choice on the confirm screen.
DICT name verification
Every key is resolved against Brazil's DICT directory. If the holder name doesn't match your WePesa profile above R$5,000, we pause and ask rather than sending money to the wrong person.
Two PSPs, automatic failover
We settle through two licensed Brazilian payment institutions. If one is degraded, orders route to the other without you resubmitting.

What sellers ask about this rail.
Which PIX key type is safest?+
CPF or a random EVP key. E-mail and phone keys can be re-registered to a different account, so we re-run the DICT lookup at payout time rather than trusting a saved value.
Do I pay PIX fees?+
No. PIX is free for individuals receiving, and we absorb the sending institution's cost. The locked BRL amount is what lands.
Will this show up in my Imposto de Renda?+
Payouts arrive as ordinary PIX credits with receipts. Occasional sales are usually simple; if you're doing this at scale, talk to a contador — we provide monthly statements.
Why was my night payout split?+
BACEN limits nocturnal PIX to R$1,000 per transaction for consumer accounts. We split into compliant tranches so you still get paid overnight.
Can I receive as a CNPJ?+
Yes. Business keys work, limits are higher, and Hub accounts get consolidated monthly comprovantes.
